These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rankazona.com (the “Site”), operated by RankAZona LLC (“RankAZona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The service

RankAZona is a directory and editorial ranking service featuring Arizona businesses and professionals. We compile and publish business listings, offer businesses the ability to claim and manage a free listing, and produce editorial rankings and features, including the RankAZona 100.

Directory listings and accuracy

Directory information is compiled from publicly available sources and from information submitted by businesses. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, and nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Always verify information directly with the business and exercise your own judgment before engaging any professional.

Rankings and awards

Our rankings, “best of” features, and the RankAZona 100 are editorial opinion based on our own criteria and process. They are not guarantees of quality, results, or fitness for any purpose, and inclusion or ranking is not for sale as a way to guarantee placement. Any sponsored or paid content will be identified as such.

Claiming and managing a listing

If you claim or manage a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business and that the information you submit is accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping it up to date. We may verify, edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing or submission at our discretion, and we may remove a listing at a business’s request.

Badges and marks

Listed members may be offered a RankAZona badge to display on their own website under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license, solely to indicate an accurate RankAZona listing or ranking and linking back to RankAZona. You may not alter the badge or use it in a false or misleading way. “RankAZona,” the RankAZona 100, and our logos and content are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your submissions

By submitting content (such as business details, descriptions, or nominations), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and publish that content on the Site and in related materials. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, false, or misleading, or that you are not authorized to provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Do not scrape, harvest, or copy Site content except as expressly permitted;
• Do not submit spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site;
• Do not misrepresent your identity or authority.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankAZona and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any listing, ranking, or third-party website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankAZona and its operators from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Effective” date. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
